I looked at all the options. I also looked at the master list of addresses and you have to tag each one separately. I have several hundred families in a family reunion and I don't want to have to tag each one indivdually. I also want to be able to send a card addressed to the family - like "John & Mary Smith"

Rather than tag the Individuals you tag the addresses you want to use. Look at View>Master Lists>Address lists>Mailing and tag the ones you want. Then check "Only tagged addresses" on the "Who to Print" tab. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
