Under Reports>Books/Other>Address Labels, click "Mailing addresses" and "Any
checked or not" and "Text file". Check the two boxes under Text file called
"With quotes" and "Group fields on one line". Click "Create" and specify a
filename. This will be a CSV file format so change the filename extension to
csv. Then open the csv file in Excel or another spreadsheet and use it to
drive any mailing you desire. You can sort it, filter it, etc. You're not
limited to any Legacy report options.
