Yes, I understand that, but how are the other 6 tasks categorized?  It seems 
there are only 2 sub-categories of "All To-Do's"; the General (5) and the 
Individual (5), which I would think that the sum of these should equal the 
"All" (16), but 5 + 5 obviously doesn't equal 16.

I don't know if I am explaining myself well.

  As the title suggests, the All To-Do’s cover the To-Do’s for everyone in the 
database. It’s a quick catch-all like the first option in the To-Do Report. If 
you click on each To-Do, the first tab details who the task is for.

  Why when I look at the General To-Do's I have 5, and the Individual To-Do's I 
have 5, but when I choose, "All To-Do's" there are 16.  Shouldn't the General 
and Individual To-Do's add up to 16 in the "All To-Do's"?
