Jenny, You can view the Individual ToDos by viewing "All ToDos" from View>ToDos.

For a start, if I am in the To Do screen and see a selection box for General, Individual or All I expect to be able to see precisely that. If I have no filters set, I expect to see all the records in the chosen set - General, Individual or All. I have no idea who I have entered Individual ToDos for and I certainly don't want to have to trawl through over 3,000 records to find out! I'm glad I discovered this now because while I have comparatively few To Dos I can go through the list and tag those which are Individual and then I'll be able to find them quickly in the future.
