I am totally confused by this conversation.  When I hit the to-do list on the 
top toolbar I can see ALL of my to-dos, general and individual with no problem. 
  You can easily tell which are general and which are individual by clicking on 
the to-do tab at the bottom of the page (instead of the filter options tab).

There is definitely some problem with the To-Do list.  If I open the To-Do 
window and select either general or individual there are none displayed.  If I 
go to all they are all displayed.  If I highlight one in the all list, it will 
then display in the individual list but no others appear.  This is not what is 
expected.
