I agree, But I do not read anything with the cute things above. I have lost 3 
computers (over the years) getting burned by lurking viruses. One of them was 
in emoticons. I won;t wait for the next time.

I consider them duplicates whenever individuals
are 
listed more than once (full or partial) in the same
database.  I resolved the Error 3024
issue by
reinstalling the database file, as
recommended
by Legacy Help.

Describe what you are doing. How do you know they are duplicates, not
almost dups?

When trying to merge individual duplicates, I get error
message 3024 / error opening merge work file.  I have run Check/Repair and
Tree Finder.  How do I continue?
