Dear Ron & Virginia, Thanks for your help. I have made a timeline - adding the details that I wanted shown and it has worked well. Do you know if I can add event photographs to the Chronology Reports?

Use the Chronology tab, and click the 'Select Background Timelines' then the 'Add a Timeline File' followed by 'New'. Use the Help file to find out how to add one. It is quite straight forward.
