Brian, To fully uninstall Legacy, download Revo uninstaller (there is a free version). Because you have a partial uninstall, you will need to reinstall the latest version of Legacy before you can use Revo. i never use the Windows uninstall option to remove unwanted programs. Windows has a habit of leaving more garbage behind than what it removes.
