Brian, Go to the following website and download the free program Revo uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Once installed, first make sure you have saved all your Legacy data and then using Revo, uninstall Legacy. Once this is done you can then install the latest version of Legacy and use your backup of Legacy to get going again, hopefully without the problems you are now experiencing.
