I don't know whether the following is a Windows or a Legacy problem. I'll have the Legacy opened and the window as small as I can make it, because I want to be able to view it and do something else at the same time. Then I may change its position on the screen and as I do so it may suddenly jump to a full screen view -- the very opposite of what I want.
Is there any way I can make the window stay the size I want?
