When it jumps in size is the edge of the window against one of the sides
or top of your monitor? With my Windows 7 if I bump any window against
the top of the monitor Windows seems to think I want to make the window
full screen. Very annoying but I haven't done any research on how to
stop it. I have a two monitor setup and it does not matter which monitor
the screen is on.
