I think this must have changed. I have a SkyDrive folder on my computer with files in it, and I don't see any reason I couldn't put Legacy there if I wanted to.
As it is I have Legacy synced to SugarSync and my other computer and Legacy backups in Dropbox and all is well. It looks like I could change this around to SkyDrive though if I preferred.
