I think this question has been answered ad nauseam but I'll try too. Right-click in the Family View box for any individual, over to the left of where it says Born/Chr/Died/Buried or whatever you've got there. This will bring up a window called Customize Display. Choose which factors you want showing on the Family View by clicking on the little box of "..." Scroll down to where it says 'Age at Death' for one of your choices. Repeat with the other '...' boxes. There's room for five choices altogether.
