As a Support person, I prefer top posting. That way I can see a
response quickly without having to spend a lot of time scrolling down
through the previous message.

If I *need* to read the previous message, I'll just scroll down further.

BTW, it's also the preferred way of posting for those who use screen
readers so they don't have to listen through all the previous stuff to
get to the response.
