I've been on Family Tree for nearly a year now in beta. Yes, changes made in nFS will also appear in FT. The only thing I have heard conflicting stories about is whether your nFS sources will transfer. Anyone looking to check out FT can contact me off-list and we'll see what we can do.
I'm looking forward myself to see what Legacy does with FT. I would love to see some kind of Source Box integration (hint hint).
