JL, I'd like to close this topic.
Have found a tool with which I'm very happy with and it does exactly what I wanted. Other image tools are in my opinion too cumbersome. Why always think of the 7/9 proportion when I have a tool giving me a window which does it for me and at the same time the possibility of panning and zooming. You set 'selection size' or 'selection ratio' in your graphics program to 7/9 proportion. I use a different proportion and it also works fine in Legacy. I don't know where you got the idea that Legacy prefers a particular ratio. Whatever the ratio is, Legacy will set the exact dimensions itself based on small, medium or large. --- JL Beeken JLog - simple computer technology for genealogists http://www.jgen.ws/jlog/ On 7/18/2012 1:29 PM, Bernhard Scholz wrote: > JL, > > I think we have major problems of missunderstandings!! > > 1.
