Hope you and the others have good docs due to the nausia ;-).
There are at the moment two version of interest.
1. the Passbild-Generator (free-/shareware)
2. the ...Pro.
I donated more than $20 as I think this tool is great and it has many
more features.
Perhaps you missed it in one of my first emails but that's no problem.

The problem is, perhaps not only for you, that is's at the moment only available
in German but don't be scared as it's very easy to use as the programer uses
many Mirco$oft hot keys.
The major difference is that he used the German 'Strg' which is the same as the
English 'Ctrl'.
Try it and you'll be supprised how easy it's to use even for a none German
speaker.

Do you intend to disclose the name of the tool which you have found? We've been
reading submissions on this topic ad nauseum, and would at least like some
