Jane, Whenever I get a multitude of problems, and shutting down the PC and restarting does not help then I uninstall and reinstall Legacy from Legacy's website, usually works.

I am not sure I know how to remove and re-install the printer. Sorry to be a dumbo, but my son does the technical stuff for me and he is not available. I did go to "control panel" and unselected the correct printer and then re-selected it, but that did not do the job. If I uninstall the printer, don't i need a cd or something to re-install? Legacy uses the printer drivers for your default printer when creating report previews, If it cannot find a default printer you will not be able to print nor preview reports.
