Marianne, First you can customize Legacy to Verify USA Counties in Place Names: Options>Customize and on the Data Entry Tab under Adding/Editing check the box for that option.
You can get to the County verifier list by going to Tools>Geo Location List and then click on the Flag button or from the Master Location List and right click on the Globe Icon (Geo database options) and pick USA County Verifier... and last if you are on an Individual's Information screen then you can click on the Globe binocular Icon (Show Geo Location List) and click on the Flag on that screen. -----Original Message----- From: mbstx Sent: Friday, August 10, 2012 5:56 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] County List How did you get the County list? I haven't been able to access it since I upgraded to Legacy 7.5.0.191. I know it's not the latest version. I didn't like all the message about problems with the latest version. marianne -----Original Message----- >From: SHIRLEY ANDERSON <[email protected]> >Sent: Aug 10, 2012 2:37 PM >To: [email protected] >Subject: [LegacyUG] County List > >I just got a message telling me that there never was a county in New Mexico >called Doña Ana County.
