Unless I initiated the call myself to a known reputable company to make a purchase, I would not be giving out my credit card number and other personal information to someone who 'just happened to call'.
I'm not saying it's the case with this, because I just don't know, but I do know people have no end of ideas how to get their hands on people's personal information. Good idea; check with Legacy.
