Legacy accepts date between dd mmm yyyy and dd mmm yyyy so you could enter the dates for the livery stable as between 1908 and 1914. A second event for the Garage/Car Dealership could then be between 1914 and the year it closed or was sold. Each Event could have multiple sources if you wish, one for each annual city directory where the business is listed. Each directory scan would then be linked to the annual directory source. City directories are usually published as a separate book each year so having each year as a separate Master source would be correct. The details for each source would be the page within the annual books where the business is listed. Those are probably different in each book.
This method would also work if you find entries in those directories for other relatives addresses or businesses. New source details would link the annual directory master source to these newly found entries.
