I am not sure if I officially reported it or not. I did bring it up on the list and several people tried to help. This was probably a year or so ago. What happened in my case is that I tagged a group of people and started working on them (maybe about 40-50 tags, I can't remember exactly what I was working on). I closed down the program and when I brought it back up the next day all my tags were gone.
