You can't search the Sources directly, but what you can do is find an
Individual (or specifically a Male or Female) who uses a particular
Source - provided there is something exclusive to that Source on which
to Search.
For the specific Search you mention, go to Search, select the Detailed
Search tab and select Individual from the first box, Source-Master
Source in the next box and Contains in the next box and finally type
"Besse" in the fourth box.
Once you have the list of people you can look at the Assigned Sources of
one of them to access the Master Source in order to edit it, if that's
what you want to do.
Incidentally, the same Search will work if you type in the exact Source
List Name.
