For number 1 Use Search > Find > Detailed Search. One of the things you can search is the Source - Master Source One of the ways you can search is contains which will find the text you enter anywhere within the name
That will give you a list of all the people who use a Master source containing the search text. Once you have found those people you can select the source tab in the area to the right of the names and see the sources. I read your later explanation and you cannot search inside names anywhere in Legacy using the box at the top of a list. We are simply using a search method that is built into MS Access in those top of list search boxes and Access only searches text at the beginning of a field. For Number 2 Go to Options > Customize > Sources The option to include source list names in source citations is on that screen.
