On the Customize Backup, do you see the list of file types? Those files are
the ones included in the .zip file when you back up.

If you want the entire Legacy folder backed up, you will need to do that
through your backup software. I'm using Windows 7 Backup, customized to
include the Legacy folder and a couple of others, and it's worked just
grand. - when I had to reinstall Windows all my files that I flagged for
backup were restored.
