There is no way to remove the locations from the Descendant reports, however in Legacy Charting, you can choose to show the date only.
The address, phone and email aren't included in charts though. You could create a Calendar List or Calendar Creator to create a birthday and/or anniversary calendar and an Address List for the addresses. Select Address Labels from the Books/Other tab and on the Custom Size tab, select to print in a report format.
