1. Do you need the people organized into generations? If so then
Sherry's response is correct.

2. If you do not care how the report is sorted you can create a report
of the descendants which includes the data you want on each person. The
sort order can be RIN, Surname or Given names.

Use Search > Find > Miscellaneous Search Tab
Select Focus Group then click on the View/Select Focus Group Button
Use clear list to remove any existing focus group definitions
Use the Add Individual and Descendants button
Use the change button to select the head of the line you want to have in
the report
Select the Descendants Option not the Entire Descendant line and the
number of generations
Click OK

NOTE: If there is more than one head of line that you want in the branch
you can repeat this to select those other heads. The focus group will
then include all the lines you select.

When you have finished selecting your focus group(s) click OK
Click Create List
Sort the list by RIN. Given Name or Surname by clicking on the labels or
in the boxes at the top of the screen.
Click Print
In the List report options you can select the data you want to include
as up to three rows.
If you have difficulty or questions at any stage press F1 or use the
help button on the screen for more information.
