The use of the word "Temple" suggests to me that it is trying to open one of the LDS (Mormon) links, which, unless you are a member of the church and have registered with them through Legacy it cannot do. This may also account for the 3800 "Error logging on....." report.
Your Legacy files have the extension ".fdb", which, provided you have installed using the Legacy defaults you will find in C:\Legacy\Data - you do not seem to have them on your list? I have never come across a folder/file named "Legacy Genealogy Software, so I think it must be one which you have put there. The zipped folder may be a Legacy back-up, but there is too little information to tell. The back-ups take the form of "File Name+date and time.zip", the file name being that of the .fdb file. This file is also found in C:\Legacy\Data. The other files do not concern you, but contain data which Legacy needs to use your .fdb file. You do not say which o/s you are using but you need to search your PC for "*.fdb" (no quotes), if you cannot find them as I state above. To open the back-up it is necessary to use File>Restore Family File to open the .zip file. I never had a problem until recently. Now when I open legacy, I am getting this error message: Error converting family file. Error 3800: 'Temple' is not an index in this table. Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN? So I did a legacy search to see what I have, this is a list of file names. TC File Shortcut RGD File Legacy Genealogy Software LWC File GED File FG File Compressed (zipped) Folder I am so confused, any help would be greatly appreciated.
