The wording that Legacy is using is very misleading.
I would think that instead of "Select file name" they (Legacy) should use
"Enter file name".

Subject: [LegacyUG] Why cant I create a Gedcom file?

I'm using the latest version of Legacy.
I want to create a Gedcom of my entire database, using Gedcom 5.5.1.
Nothing special.
After I press "Select file name and start import", I go to Legacy>Data, where
my files are kept and the folder is empty.
My database files are there, outside of the Gedcom command, I see them in
Windows Explorer and can open any of my files from Legacy. The Gedcom creation
isn't reading them in the folder.
I did a file maintenance and no improvement.
I would appreciate any assistance offered.

Thank you,
Brian Lehman
