You are correct Ron. My account is a google apps account. I always receive two copies of my own email. One copy is "received" when I send the email and the second copy is received when the email actually reached the Legacy user group. This is just the way gmail/google apps mail works. It has absolutely nothing to do with Legacy sending the email twice.
