How is
"[CoupleFirstNames] McConnell announce the [EventName] [Desc], [Date],
[inPlace][Notes]."?

This results in

"Robert and Mary McConnell announce the birth of son John at 3AM, on
Monday, 3 Jan 1905, in Knoxville, Tennessee, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces."

If you tell us how you want the sentence to read, it would be easier to
write a sentence definition.
