Paul/Ron Thanks for the info/advice. Having done some further testing I confirm you are correct in that there is no synchronisation between the files on each machine and Google Drive.
As a test, I have copied the data files to the drop box folder on each machine and run Legacy on each. I have added one marriage record on my laptop, saved and closed. I have opened the database on my desktop and it opens where I finished on the laptop. To satisfy myself that everything is OK I checked the record count for marriages and they have increased by 1 and the count is the same on both machines. I obviously misunderstood how I could use Google Drive. Will now stick to DropBox!! Again, many thanks.
