When you Geocode a location in Legacy 7 you are not using the GeoDB.dbm file so downloading and updating the Geodb file will not fix this. Legacy 7 uses the Bing Maps website to geocode locations. The Script Error is an IE error from the Bing Maps website. When you get that error do you still get the location Lats and Longs filled in if you click on the option to stop running scripts? If so you can ignore that script error message.
You did not say whether the location is properly geocoded despite that error.
