Thanks Brian, I should have been a little clearer.

On adding a new location no coordinates appear for that location. Although
the record saves the "L" column has no value. It does however list the
individuals to which it is attached.

With existing records the coordinates appear but no map is displayed
although a list of the connected individuals and the event type (birth,
death, event, etc) is displayed when the record is highlighted.
