Some time ago I did send the following suggestion to Legacy I would like to be able to add an "occupation" event to each person with just their occupation eg "blacksmith" in the description field. The rest of the fact would be blank, no date, place etc. The ability to add this fact in the charting programme would then have the information displayed, and you would not need to add it to the marriage fact, I would find that would ruin narrative reports.
Maybe something like this will appear in version 8? Or another way to add the information?
