Jenny, I click the Legacy icon on my desktop and Legacy 7.5 opens but there is no family data. A box opens which says "Open Family File". with a list to of program files, I go to my backup family file and open it. It downloads and works okay until I close the program. When I reopen Legacy the family is gone and I must go through the same process again. Thanks for the help.
