Geoff, You could try using File>File Maintenance>Check/Repair first - repeat the run until no errors are found. Just closing Legacy and reopening may also work.

I click the Yes button and get this message "No records were found that use this definition" Using detailed search, the event name isn't found for any individual or marriage, and running repeated Check/ Repair, Master List Cleanup and, Compact Family File has no effect, neither does making a new definition then merging the rouge name with it and then attempting to remove the new name. Can anyone help me remove this event please?
