If combine duplicates does not identify the two and merge them you can
do a manual combine
Go to View > Master Lists > Sources
Select the one you DO NOT want to retain
In the lower right click on the combine... button
Select the one you want to keep and click the button again.
So long as the two are not SourceWriter style sources which use
different templates they should combine.

NOTE: This will create duplicate source details for anyone who had both
sources linked to a single event. So will want to tag the combined
source and run a report of who uses that source and where to identify
any duplicates, To access the report click the options button and
select Print

If you have difficulty or questions at any stage press F1 or use the
help button on the screen for more information.
