If combine duplicates does not identify the two and merge them you can do a manual combine Go to View > Master Lists > Sources Select the one you DO NOT want to retain In the lower right click on the combine... button Select the one you want to keep and click the button again. So long as the two are not SourceWriter style sources which use different templates they should combine.
NOTE: This will create duplicate source details for anyone who had both sources linked to a single event. So will want to tag the combined source and run a report of who uses that source and where to identify any duplicates, To access the report click the options button and select Print If you have difficulty or questions at any stage press F1 or use the help button on the screen for more information.
