In the Master Source list click on one of the duplicates, then click on Combine Highlighted Source with Another in List at the bottom right of the screen. Select the other duplicate Source and click the button again (it has different text on it now.) There was a time when sometimes, having clicked on the button the first time, the text did not change to allow you to continue the Combine operation. I'm not sure if that still happens, but if it does, just click on Edit and then close the Source again without changing anything. Then try the Combine again and it should work this time. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
