Thanks, Terri, but that does not quite do what I want it to do. I can get it to print out three lines, one for parents’ MRIN, father, and mother (given name middle name SURNAME) format, or I can get to to print out three lines of all spouses’ MRINs, one spouse (male or female) and another spouse (female or male). In the first case, if someone the set of people I am using has siblings, the label for the parents is generated once for every child in the set being printed. In the second case, there appears to be no way to generate a label with one MRIN, one husband, one wife for all marriages in the set. Am I missing something?

Take a look under Reports > All Reports. Under Miscellaneous Reports choose Name Tags. You can choose what type of label to print, who to print and what to print. You may be able to get the results you want there. Is there any way to use Legacy to generate file labels for manila folders when one is filing information by couple? E.g. with the name of the husband, name of the wife, and either MRIN or user IDs?
