Are you planning just to add the picture to the gallery for the marriage (or to the galleries of each of the people pictured) or are you intending to cite it as a Source. If the latter, there is a SourceWriter template to use. I would scan both the front and back of the photo and record what is written on the back in the Text field of the Source Details. (I have one Master Source for all the photos supplied by any one person.) If you are adding the photo to a picture gallery there are fields for both caption and description so you can record where the picture was taken, who gave it to you and what is written on it. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
