I haven't used Basic Sources for so long I can't really remember how I
used to do them, but I can answer the last part of your question.  What
I put in the Master Source is little more than the Country and Year of
the Census, the Dept Code (in your example this would be RG13) and the
website where I accessed it.  In the Citation Details I enter the Parish
& County, the the Piece No, Folio No and Page No and the name of the
Head of Household or the Individual concerned.
