Good heavens! I had and have absolutely no problem with anything you have said and do9n't see why you should think I have. I gave that advice in reply to someone (Michelle) who said "I have Access on my computer but I don't have a clue how to use it." Access is quite a complex program and a Legacy file is quite a complex database. I think there are many who will agree with me that it is not a good idea to try and work with a Legacy database in Access unless you already have a fairly good working knowledge of Access or, as I said "want to concern yourself with getting to grips with [it]". -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
