Having created your list, in Name List select Print, choose the fields
you want to display, then select "CSV file" in the bottom right-hand
corner. The Printer button now becomes a Create button. Click it!
Choose where to save the file and name it. Open Excel and open the file
in the usual way EXCEPT that you select "Text Files (*.prn, *.txt,
*.csv)" on the screen where you select the file to open.
