You probably already use a "Travel" Event for more general journeying, but how about one named "Relocation"? Then you could devise a sentence something like "On <Date> <Name> relocated to <Place> when <Desc>" I envisage you would use the Desc field to write something like "when her husband's Regiment was posted there" or whatever is appropriate.
