You probably already use a "Travel" Event for more general journeying, but how 
about one named "Relocation"?  Then you could devise a sentence something like 
"On <Date> <Name> relocated to <Place> when <Desc>"  I envisage you would use 
the Desc field to write something like "when her husband's Regiment was posted 
there" or whatever is appropriate.  You could put additional information in the 
Notes field.
