We do have an auto response for both suggestions and problems that are
sent to us.  If you don't get one, check your spam folders.

I process the suggestions and usually don't have time to respond to
each and every one. If more information is needed, I'll email back. So
many of the suggestions are for things that can already be done in
Legacy and I'll write back with info on how to do that!

If it's something that could be "easier" to do but can be done, I'll
pass the suggestion on to the programmers with an email explaining the
work-around.

Otherwise, the suggestion gets passed on to the programmers and the
final implementation is up to them.
