Suggestions are all reviewed and logged. They just don't go into the great Ethernet void!
Of course, whether or not something is implemented is totally up to the programmers - they know if something is feasible to do and how much work it would take to implement. There's not enough time in the day to respond to all suggestions that we receive. Believe it or not, many of them are for features already available in Legacy so I respond to let the person know that or I may respond to ask for more details on the suggestion. There is no public list of suggestions. If we get a lot of suggestions for the same thing or something similar that can move the suggestion up the list, but again, the final decision is up to the programmers. A lot of the new features or enhancements to existing features have come from customer input.
