I've seen this. You can set the path to where you want the file to be
saved while you're in the Save <report name> settings.. Most likely
place is the root c:\Legacy folder.

Legacy remembers the last used folder when you save settings so it
should go to the c:\Legacy folder the next time you save settings. It
should remember that folder when you want to load the saved settings.

At least this is the way it worked for me when I just tested this.
However, if the folder changes, you can always change the folder to
load in the same way you selected a folder to save to.

File folder and paths are completely different and in v8 they're going
to a folder that will hold the usr files.
