He is listed first because your chronology is shown in date sequence and
he was born first. The chronology is including your spouses birth date
as part of the spouse's life range. If you do not want the spouses life
range information included you can turn it off.
Click the Options button on the Chronology tab view
De-select Spouse's life range information.
